Job Description

- Managing and developing overall marketing & sales strategies, policies and activities effectively
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Determines annual and gross-profit by forecasting and developing annual sales for Thailand and Indonesia; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
- Build, enhance and maintain excellent relationship with clients effectively
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Build, enhance and maintain excellent relationship with clients effectively
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion


Requirements:

Male/Female Age over 40  years
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration is a plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing (experience in automotive industry will be an advantage)
- Minimum 7 years in managerial level
- Good command of both written and spoken English (Japanese is a plus)
- Good interpersonal skill
- Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, proactive
- Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment
