To gather warranty information in the field such as customer's claim information, result of investigation of warranty part and sharing ratio of claim charge back.
To coordinate with QA team and involved team in order to conclude final responsibility.
To cooperate and negotiate with supplier in order to share the responsibility of claim.
To summarize and send the warranty charge back report to supplier by monthly.
- To prepare warranty report by weekly and monthly.
- To follow up countermeasure effectiveness after take countermeasure/corrective action.
- To follow up the warranty cost reduction with concern divisions.
- To summarize warranty analysis report by monthly.
- To take care warranty document in order to follow TS16949.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering any related field.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in the quality function in Automotive will be advantage.
- Good knowledge and skill in technical problem analyze e.g. 8D report, 5 Why Analyze, Control chart etc.
- Good in problem-solving skills, analytic skill and decision-making.
- Ability to work with diverse teams of employees and customers.
- Good in English language and computer skill.
- Have ability to drive a car.
