Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate Board of Directors and Executive meetings.
• Record and prepare meeting minutes.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to provide information or schedule meetings.
• Prepare and compile meeting materials, such as digital files, documents, or other necessary resources.
• Liaise with external organizations for meetings and coordination.
• Create presentation files for the President
• Assist and follow up with the President during meetings.
• Be available for overtime work when necessary.
